Audio guide 60 TRY
So that everyone can enjoy our museum, we treat accessibility not as an extra service but as a core principle. The galleries, lifts and toilets are designed for disabled visitors and checked regularly.
Services
- Audio guide: In Turkish and English for 120 works, with a separate children's track. Device hire 60 TRY.
- Audio-described guide: Detailed descriptions of works for blind and partially sighted visitors.
- Tactile models: Touchable 3D copies of 12 selected works and a raised-relief plan.
- Sign-language tours: By prior appointment, twice a month.
- Quiet hours: For visitors with autism and sensory sensitivity, Tuesday 09:30-11:00.
Disabled visitors and companions
Disabled visitors and one companion enter the museum free of charge. Guide dogs are welcome. Wheelchairs and folding stools can be borrowed from the desk.

Frequently asked questions
On which days can I visit the museum?
Tuesday-Sunday 09:30-17:30; open until 20:00 on Fridays. Closed on Mondays.
Do I have to buy my ticket online?
Not compulsory; you can also buy at the desk. But online tickets avoid queuing and give a guarantee on busy days.
Is the museum card accepted?
Museum-card holders reserve a time slot with a 40 TRY reservation fee (audio guide included) and show their card at entry.
Can I take photographs in the museum?
Photography without flash is allowed for personal use. Tripods, selfie sticks and commercial shoots require prior permission.
What accessibility services does the museum offer?
We offer lifts, wheelchairs, tactile models, audio-described guide, sign-language tours and quiet hours.
