Opening hours
- Tuesday-Sunday: 09:30-17:30 (last entry 16:45)
- Friday: open until 20:00 (last entry 19:15)
- Monday: Closed. Public-holiday schedules are announced on the website.
Getting here
The museum is within walking distance of Osmangazi's Hanlar district. By tram, get off at the 'Setbaşı' stop. A paid car park and bicycle parking are next to the museum; the disabled car park has two spaces.
Visiting rules
- Photography without flash is allowed for personal use.
- Do not touch the works; tactile models may be touched in marked areas.
- Large bags and suitcases are left in the cloakroom.
- Children under 12 tour with an adult.
Accessibility
All galleries are reached by lift; wheelchairs and folding stools are lent free of charge. Tactile models and an audio-described guide are available for blind visitors, and sign-language tours (by prior appointment) for deaf visitors. Guide dogs are welcome in the museum.
