The historic han courtyard, conference room and exhibition galleries can be hired for corporate meetings, launches, receptions and private dinners. Hire income supports the museum's conservation and education programmes.
Venues
- Han courtyard: Up to 200 for a cocktail reception or a seated dinner for 120.
- Conference room: 80 seats, with audio-visual system and simultaneous-interpretation infrastructure.
- Gallery 3 – Thread and Pattern: A private dinner for 40, combined with a private tour of the museum.
Packages
The event package includes a museum tour, sound system and security; catering is provided by partner firms. Touching the collection works is not allowed during events, and no food or drink is served in the galleries containing works.
